There’s only one way to know if CrossFit is for you, and that’s to try it!

Yes we train hard, harder than you’ve probably ever trained before, but our community is made up of people of all fitness levels and abilities and you will find the environment motivating, friendly and welcoming.

One of the first things you are likely to notice is that we don’t look like a modern franchise gym. We don’t have any machines or treadmills and there are no mirrors on the wall. We prefer to use our bodies in the way they were designed to be used by employing functional, real life movements.  At CrossFit Works we train hard, we sweat, we know each other by first name and we share a camerarderie more like that of a sporting team than a ‘modern’ gym.

To find out more, simply give us a call and organise a time to drop in and have a chat with one of our trainers.  You are welcome to observe or participate in an obligation free session prior to starting.  We are sure you will find the atmosphere friendly and welcoming.

Monday: 6:00am, 12 noon, 4.15pm, 5.30pm.

Tuesday: 6.00 am,12.00 noon, 4.00pm, 5.00pm ,Oly Lifting @ 6.00pm 

Wednesday: 6:00am,12 noon, 4.15pm.5.30pm.

Thursday: 6.00am,12.00 noon, 4.15pm. 5.30pm

Friday: 6.00am,  12 noon. 4.15pm, 5.30pm.

Saturday:7.00am. 8.00am,              Open Gym 9.00-10.00 am

Sunday: Rest Day

CrossFit Nutrition (60 min)

The hour will be spent “nutting out” nutrition issues, looking at current research and providing support to those clients who are changing their eating patterns. No cost for monthly members, one class cost for 10 pass members, casual $20.
